Common fixes first, then how to reach me if you're still stuck.
Why doesn't my DJI footage show a GPS map?
The Osmo 360 doesn't have a GPS receiver built in - it gets its position from the DJI GPS Remote. If you ride with the remote paired and on, DJI writes the GPS track into the video file, and Recap360 will pick it up and show your route on the map. No remote, no track - there's simply no GPS data in the file for any player to find.
Why is my microSD card suddenly slow?
If you have GoPro's software installed, its QuickView helper can get stuck re-scanning a folder on the card in the background. All that re-reading competes with playback and makes the card feel much slower than it is. If seeking gets sluggish with a card mounted, check Activity Monitor for a busy GoPro process and quit it, or just eject the card and pop it back in (& don't open that folder in Finder).
Or you can disable the quick view (that'll also help making the card easier to eject):
- Open System Settings > General > Login Items & Extensions
- scroll down to GoPro Player, and click Info.
- Uncheck GoProThumbnailExtension & QuickLookPreviewExtension

Write me at support@mindfulbear.com, or use the form below - it just opens the email in your own mail app. It helps a lot if you mention your camera model and macOS version.
